Lotus Notes view-level export modules

A view-level export module for Lotus Notes allows the export of the documents from a Lotus Notes view to various formatted files. It expands the standard ways Lotus Notes exports data from views with a new customized file format. Smart Systems has developed three new export modules in order to extend the standard Lotus Notes export file formats (structured text files, tabular text files, and Lotus 1-2-3 files) with Excel, XML and HTML formats.

1. Excel VIEW Export for Lotus Notes

Excel VIEW Export for Lotus Notes it’s a view-level export module which integrate Lotus Notes menu by extending its functionality. This product provides you with the easy way to export documents from Lotus Notes views into Microsoft Excel files (2000 or higher).

2. XML VIEW Export for Lotus Notes

XML VIEW Export for Lotus Notes it’s a view-level export module which by an intimately integration of Lotus Notes provides a simply way to extract data from views into validated and well-formatted XML files. The exported XML file contains also data from exported documents and a rich set with information about view columns.

3. HTML VIEW Export for Lotus Notes

HTML VIEW Export for Lotus Notes allows to the Lotus Notes users to export data from views into HTML files. The entire view or only the selected documents are extracted into a HTML table which copy the design from the Lotus Notes view.
